|Grilled Fingerling Potatoes|
These have got to be the absolute most delicious potatoes my husband has ever made. He got this recipe from his friend Remy while in Poitiers, France.
These potatoes can be grilled on the barbecue or indoors on a griddle. Only grill on the cut side of the potato. (Do not turn over).
They're quick and easy to make and you will most definitely love them. Who needs French Fries when you've got this recipe!
New Potatoes (small and yellow)
Olive Oil (to spray or brush potato once cut in half)
Oregano (to season)
Kosher Salt (to taste) ~ I don't use any, as the yellow potatoes are so flavourful on their own.
NOTE: Any of the smaller potatoes will work, however, I suggest it's a yellow potato of some kind.
