Pasta Bake

Ellenbcookery gives 2-Thumbs Up to economizing and making a new dish out of  leftovers.

Using the leftover noodles from yesterday's Pastitsio recipe and leftover meatballs in the refrigerator, I've created a pasta bake with portion control in mind.

This is a quick and easy meal to feed those hungry children home for summer break.

  1. It's a great idea to make individual bakes - I looove pasta so always end up going back for seconds (and thirds ;) )
